Bournemouth, Ipswich Town 'eye Glenn Murray loan'

Championship promotion hopefuls Bournemouth and Ipswich Town reportedly want to sign Glenn Murray on loan from Crystal Palace.

Championship promotion hopefuls Bournemouth and Ipswich Town have reportedly expressed an interest in signing Glenn Murray on loan from Crystal Palace.

The 31-year-old striker has made just one start in the Premier League for Palace this season, spending most of the first half of the season on loan at Reading.

He scored eight goals in 18 games for the Royals and both Bournemouth and Ipswich feel that he could help their promotion charge in the final three months of the season, according to The Sun.

Murray, who signed a one-year extension with Palace last month, was the Championship's top goalscorer in 2012-13 when he netted 30 goals in 43 league games to help Palace get promoted.
