Patrick Herrmann: 'We can beat anyone at home'

Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Patrick Herrmann says that his side can beat anyone at home.

Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Patrick Herrmann has said that his side can beat anyone at home following their recent 1-0 victory over Freiburg.

Monchengladbach edged out 1-0 winners over the visiting side last weekend, thanks to a second-half goal from Raffael.

"We have the ability to beat anyone at home," Herrmann told reporters in response to questions about his side's next league game against Schalke.

"We've played very well up to now and if we manage to maintain that level of performance, it'll be very difficult for Schalke."

Gladbach's win sees them sitting in fourth position in the Bundesliga table with 28 points.
