Juventus are reportedly preparing a January swoop for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.
The 25-year-old has made 12 Bundesliga appearances for Dortmund this season, playing a key role in their strong start to the campaign.
The German international's current deal with the German club expires in the summer of 2017, however, and it is understood that he will not sign an extension.
According to Tuttosport, Juve are currently ahead of the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool in the pecking order and will make an offer when the winter window opens at the start of 2016.
Gundogan, who is fast closing in on 150 appearances for Dortmund in all competitions, is expected to cost interested parties upwards of £20m.
