Jurgen Klopp has accepted that Borussia Dortmund must accept any criticism after they slipped to a 10th defeat of the Bundesliga season at Werder Bremen.

A 2-1 loss means that Dortmund will finish 2014 in the relegation zone, and Klopp was quick to reveal his anger when reflecting on his side's performances in the first half of the campaign.

"This was a reflection of our first round. We have not done well in the first half," the Dortmund boss told reporters. "Any form of criticism is appropriate. We are very unhappy with the situation, but there are explanations."

"The best news today is that the first round is over. We played the shittiest first round of our lives."

Dortmund have already suffered more defeats this season than in any other campaign during Klopp's reign.
