Rio Ave and Maritimo square off in Primeira Liga on Monday evening with just one point separating the two teams in the standings.

While the home side are without a victory in four matches, the visitors ended a three-match losing streak with success against Belenenses.

We say: Rio Ave 2-1 Maritimo

Having lost touch with the top five, Rio Ave are under pressure to deliver a much-improved performance. Although we expect Maritimo to kick on from their latest result, the home side are due to finally produce some extra quality in the final third.

Braga make the trip to Boavista on Monday evening looking to keep the pressure on the top three in the Primeira Liga standings.

Meanwhile, the home side head into this contest looking to improve on three successive draws, results which have kept the club outside of the bottom two.

While Boavista's sole success this season came against Benfica, they have not been able to produce that kind of performance on a regular basis. With that in mind, we are backing the visitors to edge a close contest on Sunday evening, potentially via a late goal when the home side are trying to hold onto a point.
