Christopher Samba has reportedly resumed training with Premier League strugglers Blackburn Rovers.
The defender has not featured for Rovers since January 2, after making it clear during the transfer window that he wanted to leave the club.
Samba rejoined first-team training following a stint with the reserves and solo sessions.
Club owners Venky's have maintained that Samba will not be allowed to leave the club before the end of the season.
Blackburn travel to Premier League leaders Manchester City on Saturday.
