Venky's to discuss Blackburn future

Blackburn Rovers' Indian owners will dicuss where the club are "going wrong" with manager Steve Kean this weekend.

Blackburn Rovers' owners have revealed that they will hold discussions with Steve Kean this weekend over the future of the club.

The Scottish boss has been under pressure from fans to step down at the helm after a disappointing start to the season.

"I have spoken with Steve and we are working on our weak points," co-owner Venkatesh Rao told Sky Sports News. "We are going to sit this weekend and we are going to have a very big discussion over this.

"It is an open interaction, so that we know exactly where we are going wrong, where we are doing good and where we can improve ourselves."

Rovers, who have lost five out of seven Premier League matches, currently sit in the relegation zone of the table.
