Birmingham City sign Wes Thomas on loan from Bournemouth for the rest of the season.

Wes Thomas has left Bournemouth to join Birmingham City for the remainder of the season.

It is the third time that Thomas has spent time away from the Cherries this season, after previously joining Portsmouth and Blackpool respectively on short-term loan deals.

The 26-year-old scored three goals in six appearances in League One for Pompey before he netted three goals in nine games at Bloomfield Road.

Thomas moves to St Andrew's with Birmingham just six points above the relegation zone in the Championship table.
