Birmingham City midfielder Cheikh N'Doye has left St Andrew's to rejoin former club Angers on a season-long loan
The 32-year-old has amassed 42 appearances for the Blues since arriving under the management of Harry Redknapp last summer.
N'Doye featured twice from the bench during Senegal's World Cup campaign and has also been used in Birmingham's opening two Championship matches this term.
Due to financial restrictions put in place by the English Football League, however, Birmingham have taken the decision to loan N'Doye back to Angers until the end of the campaign.
Garry Monk's men have taken one point from their first two league games and were knocked out of the EFL Cup by Reading in midweek.
