Birmingham City youngster Viv Solomon-Otabor pens his first professional deal with the club.

Birmingham City youngster Viv Solomon-Otabor has signed his first professional contract with the club.

The 18-year-old winger has been handed a one-year deal with the option to extend it by a further 12 months.

"It's a great achievement in my life so far and everyone in my family is proud," he told the club's official website. "Hopefully I do really well this pre-season and the gaffer gives me my chance."

Solomon-Otabor, who is yet to feature in Birmingham's first team, spent the second half of last season on loan at Oxford City.
