Real Madrid target Dani Ceballos signs new contract at Real Betis

Dani Ceballos signs a new contract with Real Betis to keep him at the Seville club until at least 2020.

Dani Ceballos has signed a new contract with Real Betis to keep him at the Seville club until at least 2020.

Linked with a move to Real Madrid, Betis have been quick to tie down the Spain Under-21 international with a buyout clause reported to be €15m (£11m).

The 19-year-old has made six appearances for Betis this season, and played a big role in the club's promotion to La Liga last term.

Ceballos also played a part in Spain's triumph at the Under-19 European Championship in July.
