Everton are reportedly on the verge of signing Bayern Munich forward Joshua Zirkzee.
The 19-year-old joined the German giants from Feyenoord in 2017 before making his first-team debut in 2019, and the youngster has since netted four times in 17 outings for the Champions League holders.
Zirkzee has a contract at the Allianz Arena until the summer of 2023, but according to talkSPORT, Everton are closing in on a deal for the Netherlands Under-21s international.
The report claims that the forward is expected to arrive at Goodison Park on an initial loan deal, but the Toffees will have the option of signing him on a permanent transfer.
Zirkzee has made three Bundesliga appearances during the 2020-21 campaign, although he has not featured in Germany's top flight since the end of October.
The youngster was also handed some minutes in the group stages of the Champions League, appearing as a late substitute in the 1-1 draw with Atletico Madrid at the start of December.
