Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge insists that the club is not interested in signing Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski.

Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has insisted that the club have no plans to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski.

The 24-year-old Polish international, who will be out of contract in summer 2014, has been linked with a host of teams across Europe in recent months.

"I'm totally relaxed about the Lewandowski rumours," Rummenigge told Bild. "Bayern are not planning to hold negotiations with Borussia Dortmund over the transfer of Lewandowski."

Lewandowski has scored 19 goals in 27 games for German champions Dortmund this season.
