Report: Barcelona's Adriano close to Lazio move

A report claims that Barcelona's Brazilian full-back Adriano is closing in on a move to Italian giants Lazio.

Barcelona full-back Adriano is reportedly close to joining Italian outfit Lazio.

The 31-year-old has been with Barcelona since 2010, making just short of 200 appearances for the Catalan giants and winning four La Liga titles and two Champions League crowns.

The left-back only made nine league appearances during the 2015-16 campaign, however, and it is understood that he has been made available on a free transfer this summer.

AC Milan have been linked with a move in recent weeks, but according to AS, Lazio have won the race after agreeing personal terms with the experienced defender.

Adriano was capped 17 times by the Brazilian national team between 2003 and 2013.
