Al-Arabi are reportedly interested in signing Barcelona forward Luis Suarez this summer.
The 33-year-old has again enjoyed a productive season at Camp Nou despite his injury problems, scoring 20 times and contributing 12 assists in 35 appearances in all competitions.
Suarez's contract at Camp Nou is due to expire next June, though, and there has been speculation surrounding his future over the last few months.
Quique Setien's side are believed to be keen to sign Lautaro Martinez from Inter Milan as they prepare for life after the Uruguay international, who joined the club from Liverpool in 2014.
According to beiN Sports, Al-Arabi are prepared to pay Suarez - thought to earn close to £300,000 a week at Barca - a lucrative salary to entice him to Qatar.
The South American has scored 197 goals in 282 appearances for his Spanish club, winning four La Liga titles and one Champions League crown in the process.
