Barcelona 'want £18m for Ivan Rakitic'

Barcelona reportedly place a €20m (£18m) valuation on Ivan Rakitic ahead of this summer's transfer window.

Barcelona are reportedly prepared to sell Ivan Rakitic for €20m (£18m) this summer.

The 32-year-old has made 299 appearances for the Spanish champions since arriving from Sevilla, winning four La Liga titles, four Copas del Rey and the Champions League in the process.

The Croatia international has only started 10 La Liga matches this season, though, and only has little over 12 months left to run on his current deal at Camp Nou.

Barca are allegedly resigned to losing the 2018 World Cup finalist this summer, and according to Goal.com, they will sanction a sale if a €20m (£18m) offer arrives.

Manchester United, Inter Milan and Juventus have recently been linked with a move, although the experienced midfielder is thought to favour a return to Sevilla.

Rakitic has contributed three assists in 21 La Liga appearances during the 2019-20 campaign.
