Mateu Lahoz to officiate Barcelona, Atletico Madrid

Mateu Lahoz will officiate Saturday's La Liga title decider between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid at the Camp Nou.

Valencia-born referee Mateu Lahoz will officiate Saturday's La Liga title decider between current champions Barcelona and league leaders Atletico Madrid.

Atletico enter the match three points clear of Barca at the top of the table, meaning that a draw would be enough for the capital outfit to win their first league title for almost 20 years.

However, victory for Barcelona would be enough due to a superior head-to-head record.

Lahoz, who has been an international referee since 2011, refereed the final of the Copa del Rey between Real Madrid and Barcelona earlier in the season.
