Alexandre Pato is expected to be fit for AC Milan's Champions League tie against Barcelona next week.
The Brazilian recently travelled to America for medical advice on a number of muscular problems from which he has been suffering over the past month.
The striker returned to training on Thursday and Milan's medical staff co-ordinator Jean Pierre Meersseman believes that he is ready to feature in the Nou Camp.
"Can he play against Barcelona? He's ready and he will be at the coach's disposal," Meersseman told reporters. "Pato feels good and I say in America we found some of the answers we were looking for."
Pato has scored one league goal for Milan this season.
