Mario Suarez is reportedly attempting to negotiate a move away from Atletico Madrid in the January transfer window.
The Spaniard started his youth career with Atletico, but represented the capital outfit's first team just four times in the league before joining Mallorca.
Suarez returned to Atletico in 2010, however, and has since made more than 100 league appearances for the Spanish champions.
The midfielder has been overlooked for the big matches over the last couple of seasons, however, and according to ABC, he could leave Atletico in January.
A number of clubs are said to be interested in the 27-year-old.
