Paul Lambert: 'Gabriel Agbonlahor return a major coup'

Paul Lambert admits that it will be a "major coup" to have Gabriel Agbonlahor available for Saturday's game against West Ham United.

Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert has claimed that it will be a "major coup" to have Gabriel Agbonlahor back in the squad for Saturday's game against West Ham United.

Agbonlahor missed the defeat to Everton last Saturday with a foot injury and Lambert admits that the team certainly felt his absence at Goodison Park.

"Gabby is looking good at the moment," the Villa boss told reporters. "We've missed him and his speed.

"I think we should have got at least a draw against Everton. Having him back would be a major coup for us."

Lambert's side are currently 11th in the Premier League ahead of the game at Villa Park.
