Leonardo Jardim to replace Claudio Ranieri at Monaco?

Monaco are reportedly ready to replace manager Claudio Ranieri with Sporting Lisbon coach Leonardo Jardim.

Sporting Lisbon boss Leonardo Jardim has reportedly signed a deal to become the new manager of AS Monaco.

Jardim has spent just one season in charge at the Estadio Jose Alvalade, leading the club to second place in their domestic league, but it appears as though the 39-year-old's stay at Lisbon could be a brief one.

According to reports in France and Portugal, Jardim has agreed a two-year deal with the Ligue 1 runners-up to replace Claudio Ranieri.

The Italian's team currently sit just seven points behind Paris Saint-Germain in their first season back in France's top flight, but it might not be enough for the former Chelsea boss to keep his job at the Stade Louis II Stadium.
