Newcastle United defender Steven Taylor reportedly has no intentions of leaving the club this summer, despite alleged interest from Arsenal.
Rumours have claimed that Gunners manager Arsene Wenger is considering launching a bid for the 27-year-old in order to solve his defensive frailties.
Despite the speculation, it is understood that Taylor finished the season content with life at St James' Park, according to the Shields Gazette.
Taylor earned his first call-up to the England squad during the campaign for World Cup qualifiers against San Marino and Montenegro.
