Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak as they seek a long-term replacement for Petr Cech, who will be 35 before the end of the season.
Oblak, 23, joined Atletico from Benfica in the summer of 2014 and is fast closing in on 100 appearances for the Spanish giants.
According to Goal.com, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has a keen interest in the Slovenian international, although the goalkeeper's release clause of £85m is proving problematic for the Gunners.
Oblak shared the gloves with Miguel Moya during his first season in Spanish football, but has since ousted the Spaniard to become Atletico's undisputed number one goalkeeper.
