Italian outfit Fiorentina are the latest club rumoured to be nearing the capture of want-away Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Julio Cesar.
Napoli, Villarreal and Arsenal had all been linked with a move for the Brazilian international stopper, who is keen to exit Loftus Road following the Hoops' relegation to the Championship.
Harry Redknapp has admitted that Cesar is almost certain to leave West London this summer and did not include the 31-year-old in his squad for QPR's opening-day win over Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.
The Daily Star is reporting that Rangers have agreed to sell the former Inter Milan stopper after Fiorentina lodged an offer of around £2.5m, and that his move back to Serie A is imminent.
Cesar made 24 Premier League appearances for QPR last season.
