FC Koln striker Lukas Podolski could cost Arsenal less than £10m if he moves to the Gunners in the summer.
The German international has been linked with a switch to the Emirates for a number of months now and Arsene Wenger could land the forward for less than £10m, according to The Metro. The fee could rise depending on appearances, his performance and the number of trophies he wins.
When asked if he is interested in Podolski, Wenger replied: "Yes [we want Podolski].
"We want to add some offensive strikers, because many times people say we rely too much on Van Persie, which is true, but if we can find world-class players, we will [challenge for the title]."
Podolski's current employers Koln are currently languishing in 16th place in the Bundesliga.
