Malaga midfielder Enzo Maresca has confirmed that the club have decided to sell midfielder Santiago Cazorla to Arsenal this summer.
The Spain international is already said to have passed his medical with the Premier League giants, with only the official announcement left to be made.
Maresca has now also disclosed that Cazorla has been sold, while also claiming that coach Manuel Pellegrini should not be let go.
"[Pellegrini] is fundamental for us, just as Cazorla and Rondon were fundamental and who have had to be sold," said the 32-year-old at a press conference.
Malaga have already sold striker Salomon Rondon to Rubin Kazan.
