Leeds United are reportedly monitoring Club Brugge forward Charles De Ketelaere and PSV Eindhoven attacker Cody Gakpo, amid uncertainty over the future of star winger Raphinha.
A host of top European clubs including Arsenal, Barcelona and Tottenham Hotspur are believed to be interested in signing Raphinha this summer, the former of whom have allegedly failed with an opening offer for the Brazilian.
Should the £65m-rated winger leave Elland Road this summer, Leeds will consider a move for 21-year-old De Ketelaere, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, although the Whites may face competition from Serie A champions AC Milan.
De Ketelaere – who has been capped eight times by the Belgium national team – has elevated his game to new heights after a stellar 2021-22 campaign in front of goal, recording 18 strikes and 10 assists in 49 appearances across all competitions.
Romano adds that PSV star Gakpo is also on Jesse Marsch's shortlist of targets, although a potential switch for the attacker to Elland Road is yet to reach an advanced stage.
The 23-year-old – who is valued at around £30m – was a standout performer for the Dutch giants last season, scoring 21 times and registered 15 assists in 46 games across all tournaments, and his form is understood to have alerted a number of clubs including Leeds, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City.
De Ketelaere has two years remaining on his Brugge contract, while Gakpo will not see his PSV deal expire until June 2026.
