Nicklas Bendtner keen on Bundesliga switch

Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner reveals that he is interested in moving to the Bundesliga this summer.

Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner has revealed that he is interested in a move to the Bundesliga.

The Denmark international is expected to leave the Gunners when his contract expires at the end of the season.

While he admits that he is keen on returning to Serie A following a loan spell with Juventus last season, Bendtner believes that his future could lie in Germany.

"I like Italy a lot, but the German league also looks exciting," the 26-year-old told Streetboys.dk.

"I do not have a particular preference, because all I want is a place where I get regular match practice and can be happy."

Bendtner joined Arsenal's academy in 2004 before signing his first professional deal one year later.
