Having struggled for consistency during the 2019-20 Premier League season, it is expected to be a relatively busy summer transfer market for Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta might not be able to spend as much as he would like, but there should be a lot of activity at the Emirates Stadium before the 2020-21 campaign kicks off in September.

Willian 'agrees three-year contract at Arsenal'

Chelsea attacker Willian has reportedly agreed a three-year contract with Arsenal worth £100,000 a week.

The speculation surrounding the Brazil international's future continues to gather pace as his contract with Frank Lampard's side is due to expire later this month.

According to ESPN, the experienced attacker has agreed a three-year deal with the Gunners, and a move is expected to be announced before the end of August.

Barcelona had also been strongly linked with the 31-year-old, but Arteta's side appear to have won the race to sign the South American on a free transfer.


Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang 'close to new Arsenal deal'

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is reportedly on the verge of signing a new contract at Arsenal.

The speculation surrounding the Gabon international's future has gathered pace since the end of the 2019-20 campaign, which saw the Gunners lift the FA Cup.

Aubameyang's current deal at the Emirates Stadium is due to expire next June, and it had been thought that he was keen to seek pastures new during this summer's transfer window.

However, according to The Telegraph, Aubameyang is on the brink of committing his immediate future to Arteta's side.

The former Borussia Dortmund attacker has scored 70 times in 109 outings for Arsenal.
