Arsenal have reportedly had a £14m bid for Galatasaray defender Sacha Boey rejected, with the Turkish club demanding around £21m for the right-back.
The 22-year-old has been a regular fixture in a Galatasaray side gunning for their first Turkish Super Lig title in four years - Boey and his teammates are currently five points clear of second-placed Fenerbahce at the top of the standings.
Having made the switch from Rennes in the summer of 2021, the Frenchman has racked up 50 appearances for Okan Buruk's side, including six starts in the Europa League during the 2021-22 campaign.
According to the Daily Mail, Premier League outfit Arsenal have seen a £14.7m bid for Boey dismissed by Galatasaray, with the Super Lig title-chasers seeking a fee close to £21m.
The report adds that Galatasaray vice-president Erden Timur has already travelled to England to discuss a potential deal with Mikel Arteta's Gunners over right-back Boey.
Boey and his teammates could secure the Super Lig title on Tuesday when they visit Ankaragucu in their penultimate outing of a season which looks likely to end in domestic glory.
