Arsenal have reportedly been allowed the chance to sign Alvaro Morata from Juventus this summer.
The Gunners and Premier League rivals Liverpool have both been linked with a move for the Spanish forward at the end of the season.
However, The Metro claims that the North London outfit are in pole position after Juve agreed to cash in on their forward.
Furthermore, Real Madrid are thought to have an option on buying Morata back from the Italian champions, but are said to have passed on the opportunity.
It is reported that both Juve and Real will allow Arsenal and Liverpool to compete for his signature and split any fee, thought to be around £60m.
