Anzhi Makhachkala's player-coach Roberto Carlos has claimed the club are preparing to submit bids for Arsenal's Robin van Persie and Chelsea's Nicolas Anelka, according to Press Association Sport.
Gunners skipper Van Persie recently revealed that he was not currently interested in renewing his contract at the Emirates Stadium, while Anelka is believed to be disappointed with the amount of minutes that he is currently getting on the pitch at Chelsea.
The reports also claims that Carlos is targeting a move for Real Madrid target Neymar from Santos.
Anzhi are currently eighth in the Russian Premier League after 26 matches.
