Agent: 'Emil Forsberg wants to leave RB Leipzig'

RB Leipzig are 'destroying the dreams' of attacker Emil Forsberg, according to his agent Hasan Cetinkaya.

Agent Hasan Cetinkaya has claimed that RB Leipzig are 'destroying the dreams' of attacker Emil Forsberg, who is keen to leave the Bundesliga outfit.

Arsenal, Liverpool, AC Milan and Bayern Munich have all been linked with the Swedish international, who contributed eight goals and 19 assists in 30 Bundesliga appearances last season.

RB Leipzig have reiterated that they have no intention of selling a player who still has four years remaining on his contract, but Cetinkaya has hit out at their stance.

He told Aftonbladet: "Me and Emil have always accepted the club and the contracts with them. When Emil went there, the ambition was to take the team to the Bundesliga and then the Champions League. He has been involved with them all the way and broke records in their shirt.

"Both me and Emil have spoken to the club about his ambition, his future and his dreams. They didn't buy him for €15million, but for €3million and he signed a new contract and paid them back 10 times.

"They will have to live with the fact that they are destroying his dreams."

RB Leipzig finished in second place in Germany's top flight last season, meaning that they have qualified for the Champions League for the first time in their history.
