Bacary Sagna insists that goals can now come from anywhere without Arsenal's reliance on Robin van Persie.

Arsenal right-back Bacary Sagna has said that the Londoners are more diverse now that they do not rely on Robin van Persie for their goals.

Van Persie moved to Manchester United in the summer and the Gunners now have three players this season who have broken the 10-goal mark - Theo Walcott, Olivier Giroud and Lukas Podolski.

"We relied on Robin a lot last year," Sagna told Arsenal's official website. "He was in top form, he used to score in every game and he was our main striker.

"Now we have some diversity. Everyone can score and everyone can be dangerous. It's good for the team.

"I think everyone's settled well. It feels like they've always been here and they can score great goals at any time. Everyone is getting more confident."

Arsenal are currently fifth in the Premier League and are battling rivals Tottenham Hotspur for the final Champions League place.
