Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey: 'Liverpool are a real threat'

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey believes that Liverpool are contenders for the Premier League title this season.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey believes that Liverpool are genuine Premier League title challengers this season.

The Merseyside outfit are currently two points adrift of the Gunners in the table, with the North London outfit leading the standings on 22 points.

Despite the Reds finishing seventh last season, Ramsey believes that manager Brendan Rodgers has created a team worthy of fighting for honours.

"Brendan Rodgers has finally got them playing his style of football, all the players are now on board with him," Ramsey told talkSPORT. "He was very successful at Swansea and with the strike force they have in [Luis] Suarez and [Daniel] Sturridge they will be a threat to anybody."

Arsenal go head to head with Liverpool at the Emirates tomorrow evening.
