Aaron Ramsey eyeing lengthy stay at the top

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey wants his side to maintain their good form this season and remain at the top of the Premier League for the foreseeable future.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is eyeing a lengthy stay for his side at the top of the Premier League following their 4-1 win over Norwich City.

Ramsey started the game on the bench but replaced the injured Mathieu Falmini and scored his ninth goal of the season for the Gunners in all competitions this season.

He told BBC Sport: "I was expecting [to be rested], but Mathieu Flamini came off and I enjoyed it, getting on in front of home fans and getting back to the top of the league. Hopefully we can stay there."

Mesut Ozil bagged a brace in the game and Jack Wilshere also got on the scoresheet as Arsene Wenger's side moved two points clear of Liverpool and Chelsea at the top.
