Guy Demel: 'Arsenal won't be tired'

West Ham defender Guy Demel believes that Arsenal will not be tired when the teams meet in the Premier League tonight.

West Ham United defender Guy Demel has claimed that Arsenal will not be fatigued when the teams meet in the Premier League tonight.

The Gunners return to action this evening having beaten Wigan Athletic on penalties in a gruelling FA Cup semi-final on Saturday.

Despite a busy schedule for Arsene Wenger's side in the past week, Demel is in no doubt that they will be up for the challenge of beating West Ham.

"When you play for Arsenal, you have to be used to be playing two games a week so I don't think there is fatigue. They have to get a result and we have to do our best to get a point or more," he told the club's official website.

"During the week we all follow the football news, but the most important is West Ham and what are we going to get out of the game. We know it's a hard time for Arsenal, but they are playing at home, so I'm sure they want to show their fans they're ready for the end of the season."

West Ham are currently in 11th place in the Premier League table.
