Laurent Koscielny sent home from international duty with Achilles injury

Laurent Koscielny returns to London after being sent home from international duty due to an ongoing Achilles injury.

Arsenal have suffered another injury scare after defender Laurent Koscielny was sent home from international duty with France because of an Achilles problem.

The news comes just a day after the German Football Federation announced that Mesut Ozil will miss the next three months of action with a knee injury.

Koscielny has been allowed to return to London for further treatment, although early reports indicate that the Gunners are confident the 29-year-old will be fit to face Hull City in a little over a week's time.

Arsene Wenger is also currently without Mathieu Debuchy, David Ospina, Mikel Arteta, Olivier Giroud, Aaron Ramsey and Yaya Sanogo, while Calum Chambers will also miss the trip to the KC Stadium through suspension.
