How Arsenal could line up against Fulham

Sports Mole looks at how Arsenal could line up for Sunday's London derby against Fulham as they go in search of a ninth consecutive win.

There were early questions raised about Unai Emery when Arsenal fell to defeats in his first two matches at the helm, but since then it has been nothing but victory for the Gunners.

A 3-0 triumph over Qarabag in Azerbaijan on Thursday night means that they will go into Sunday's Premier League clash with Fulham looking for a ninth consecutive win in all competitions - something they have not achieved since April 2015.

Arsenal will be taking on a Fulham side struggling for form too, so they will be favourites to improve upon an uncharacteristically poor spell of just one win from their last eight away league London derbies.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how the Gunners could line up at Craven Cottage.

Possible ARS XI vs. FUL

Out: Laurent Koscielny (Achilles), Konstantinos Mavropanos (groin), Petr Cech (hamstring), Ainsley Maitland-Niles (leg)
Doubtful: Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (illness)

Arsenal are expected to make a number of changes from Thursday's win in Azerbaijan, including a switch of formation back to 4-2-3-1, having deployed a 3-4-3 system against Qarabag.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is expected to be available after missing the midweek trip due to illness, while the likes of Mesut Ozil, Alexandre Lacazette and Hector Bellerin should also return.

Petr Cech remains sidelined which means that Bernd Leno will continue in goal, while Shkodran Mustafi should return in front of him alongside Sokratis Papastathopoulos, with Rob Holding dropping out.

Aaron Ramsey is also available despite waiting for his wife to give birth, although he faces a competition for his place with Henrikh Mkhitaryan also back in the mix after missing the Azerbaijan trip.

Granit Xhaka is another player expected to return having featured in every Premier League game so far this season, with Lucas Torreira the most likely candidate to sit alongside him in midfield.
