Arsene Wenger has labelled midfielder Aaron Ramsey a "much better finisher" after his two-goal contribution in Arsenal's Europa League win on Thursday.
The Welsh international put two past CSKA Moscow as the Gunners took control of their quarter-final tie with a convincing 4-1 victory at the Emirates Stadium.
Wenger told reporters in his post-match press conference that he is delighted to see Ramsey returning to the same kind of form that saw him net 16 times in the 2013-14 season.
"For Aaron Ramsey it's always the same," the Frenchman said. "If he can have a consistent presence in the side without being stopped, personally I think he has overcome his problems, that he has no injury problem at all anymore.
"When you can play game after game you see that not only is he involved a lot in the build-up of games but he gets on the end of things.
"What has changed since 2013 - he's a much better finisher nowadays. He's calmer. The way he finishes, you see he's composed. Before he rushed his finishing a little bit."
Arsenal face Southampton on Sunday before travelling to Moscow for the return leg next Thursday.
