AFC Wimbledon boss Neal Ardley remains confident that the club can secure League Two survival on the final weekend of the season.

AFC Wimbledon boss Neal Ardley has insisted that the club can secure League Two survival on the final weekend of the season.

The Dons currently occupy 23rd position in the table, but three points against Fleetwood Town at the weekend would see them move out of the drop zone.

"To come back from 2-0 down at the home of the champions is a fantastic achievement," Ardley told reporters at a press conference.

"That point could be crucial for us because it is still in our own hands now for the last game of the season.

"Hopefully, there's a belief that all this is in the script and if we put in a performance and win next week, we will stay up."

AFC Wimbledon drew 2-2 with Gillingham on Saturday.
