Sulley Muntari signs new AC Milan deal

Ghana international Sulley Muntari signs a new two-year contract with AC Milan.

Sulley Muntari has signed a new two-year contract with AC Milan.

The 29-year-old, who is currently representing Ghana at this summer's World Cup, will remain with the Italian outfit until at least the summer of 2016.

A statement on the club's official website read: "AC Milan announces that Sulley Muntari has renewed his contract to June 30, 2016."

Muntari, who started his professional career with Udinese, initially joined Milan on loan from rivals Inter Milan in January 2012, before making the move permanent that summer.
