Never Mind The Buzzcocks to be revived on Sky?

Never Mind The Buzzcocks is reportedly in line to make a comeback on Sky, five years after being axed by BBC Two.

Music panel show Never Mind The Buzzcocks is reportedly being brought back for a new series on Sky.

The comedy aired for almost 20 years on BBC Two, with presenters including Mark Lamarr, Simon Amstell and Rhod Gilbert hosting alongside regular panellists including Phill Jupitus, the late Sean Hughes, Bill Bailey and Noel Fielding.

The show was axed by the BBC in 2015 but according to British Comedy Guide, production company Talkback is now working on a new series.

The website says that the comedian Paul Chowdhry posted a picture of himself alongside rapper Dizzee Rascal on the Buzzcocks set earlier this weekend which has since been deleted.

The revival is most likely destined for Sky One, which already airs panel show A League Of Their Own, although it could be a signature commission for the Sky Comedy channel.
