Coleen Rooney looking to end Wagatha Christie dispute with Rebekah Vardy?

Coleen Rooney is allegedly keen to settle her dispute with Rebekah Vardy out of court.

Coleen Rooney is allegedly looking to end her dispute with Rebekah Vardy in order to avoid their private affairs being made public in court.

Vardy - wife of Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy - is taking fellow WAG Rooney to court following her allegations that Vardy had sold stories about her to the press in a row that became known as Wagatha Christie.

The 38-year-old has always insisted that she is innocent of the charges and has vowed to clear her name "whatever it takes", but according to The Sun, Rooney is now hopeful that they can settle the matter privately.

"Things have gone much further than many had expected," a source close to the situation told the newspaper. "Her legal team is desperately trying to find a way this can be settled privately.

"Coleen is a rather shy and private person, so the idea of having personal matters relating to her and Wayne raked over in court is something that fills her with dread."

Yesterday Vardy was confirmed as a contestant on the next series of Dancing On Ice, which will air on primetime ITV every week from January.
