Chris Hemsworth teases "pretty insane" Thor: Love and Thunder

Chris Hemsworth reveals that the upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder movie will be "extreme" and "pretty insane".

Chris Hemsworth has revealed that the upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder film will be "extreme" and "pretty insane".

The fourth standalone Thor movie will see Hemsworth return as the hammer-wielding Avenger alongside fellow cast members Tessa Thompson and Natalie Portman and director Taika Waititi.

Christian Bale has signed up to play a villainous character in the film, while Vin Diesel recently revealed that the Guardians of the Galaxy would also feature.

Speaking to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Hemsworth said: "It's one of the best scripts I've read in years. It's Taika at his most extreme, and at his best.

"If the version I read is the one we get running with, it's going to be pretty insane."

Thor: Love and Thunder is set for release on February 18, 2022.
