Sky News has announced plans for America Decides, a mammoth broadcast from outside the White House on US election day next week.
The coverage will begin at 10pm UK time on Tuesday, November 3 with main anchor Dermot Murnaghan overseeing proceedings from Washington as the US decides whether to re-elect Donald Trump or make challenger Joe Biden the new President.
Also in the studio on the night will be Sky News' US correspondent Cordelia Lynch, Trump's former aide Omarosa Manigault Newman and the UK's former ambassador to the US Sir Kim Darroch.
Ed Conway will be based back in Sky News' London HQ with an augmented reality setup allowing viewers to visualise the race for the White House as the results from each state start coming in.
This US election will mark the first time that Sky has been under the ownership of Comcast, which also owns NBC in the US, opening up additional resources and opportunities to dip into NBC content.
"The result and subsequent fallout of the US Election will not only decide the fate of America but will also have a ripple effect on the rest of the world," said John Ryley, head of Sky News.
"It is now more important than ever to provide our audiences across digital, TV and audio with clear facts, analysis and eye-witness reporting of this major event.
"Sky News is proud to be at the heart of the story with coverage from both sides of the Atlantic."
Sky News veteran Kay Burley has also relocated to Washington for the next fortnight to present her weekday breakfast show from the capital.
