Alberto Contador is reportedly suspended from cycling for two years and loses his 2010 Tour de France title.

Alberto Contador has reportedly been stripped of his 2010 Tour de France title and has been suspended from cycling for two years.

Reports have claimed that the Spaniard has been found guilty of doping by the Court of Arbitration for Sport following an incident 24 months ago.

The 29-year-old was tested positive for clenbuterol following his Tour de France victory but he claimed it was a result of eating contaminated meat.

Contador was originally let off from a Spanish cycling tribunal. However, after appeals from the World Anti-Doping Agency and the UCI, the case was reopened.

The Spaniard has become only the second cyclist in history to have been stripped of a title for doping offences.
