Great Britain's cycling duo of Sean McKeown and Mark Colbourne have missed out on claiming a medal in this afternoon's C1-3 road race.
McKeown was in contention throughout but lost out as the leading pack pulled away from him towards the finish.
In the end McKeown finished 21st with 1:43:52 but Colbourne was some way off with his 1:53:22.
Roberto Bargna was given the gold medal after just being at the front of a pack of 12, who all registered times of 1:42:51. Steffen Warias of Germany took silver and David Nicholas of Australia bronze.
