Bradley Wiggins secured his second straight victory at the Criterium du Dauphine this afternoon.
The Team Sky rider knew heading into the final stage that all he had to do was complete the race to secure the victory.
As a result he appeared to hang back from the leading pack as Daniel Moreno took the stage victory.
The event proved to be a successful one for Team Sky, who after Wiggins had Michael Rogers in second place, with Chris Froome taking fourth place behind Cadel Evans.
Wiggins will now head to the Tour de France with three major stage race victories under his belt this year.
