Mark Cavendish has revealed that he has decided which team he will ride for next season, but has refused to name them.
The 26-year-old was told by current team HTC-Highroad that he was allowed to seek a new deal elsewhere after they announced that they were to fold due to insufficient funding.
The Manxman has been linked with British outfit Team Sky and Australian team GreenEdge, though he remained tight-lipped over the matter.
"A number of teams have expressed interest in me riding for them in 2012," he said on his official website.
"I have now made a decision I am happy with and will be in a position to discuss my intentions once everything has been finalised."
Cavendish won five stages of this year's Tour de France, taking his total stage wins to 20 since 2008.
